How We Help Your Patients
Making The Discharge Process Easier
- We deliver an exceptional clinical experience.
- We are a proactive and efficient provider.
- The specific reasons healthcare providers prefer working with us are many. But the bottom line is—we understand how the healthcare system works. We get the intense time pressures on medical professionals when transitioning a patient from hospital to home care. We’re there every step of the way—doing work on the spot with your patient and behind the scenes with their insurance provider—to make that transition happen smoothly, successfully, and on time!
- A large geographic coverage area means we’re available to your patients.
- Breadth of product means you only have to make one referral to get everything your patient needs.
We carry a breadth of products—respiratory therapy, home medical equipment, medical supplies, negative pressure wound therapy, enteral nutrition therapy, and complex rehab technology—whereas many of our competitors only carry a single one of our product lines. What does this mean for you? One referral transaction and your patient is set up with all the support they need for a successful recovery at home.
- We’re on the spot with your patients, so they’re set up for success upon discharge.
We have a robust field staff located in the hospitals we serve and available via mobile vans. These professionals can expedite the discharge process by training patients on our equipment before the patient goes home.
- We stay on top of communication to make your job easier.
We are highly efficient at the behind-the-scenes work, including confirming patient eligibility of the prescribed equipment with payors. We're also vigilant about getting in touch fast to make sure your discharge and home care process is easy and successful.
- We’re experts in our field, which means your patients get the best care.
We are compassionate, deeply knowledgeable, and committed to improving patient outcomes. This means we’re not just doing our job fast, we’re doing it to the highest standards.
- Our staff are on site when you need us.
Many hospitals in our service area are assigned a staff liaison. We maintain a large number of consignment closet agreements in hospitals in our service area. For those hospitals where we do not maintain consignment closet agreements, we make sure equipment is readily available in mobile vans.
Staff liaisons are in each of the hospitals they serve every day, to make sure patients that come on service with us know how to use their equipment before going home. Our presence at the facility aims to keep the patient discharge process smooth for those patients. Most important, being there to assist patient set up at the right time contributes to good patient outcomes after discharge from the hospital.
